U.S. Guardian United Consumers contacted my husband on the phone claiming if we paid a fee of $199.00, we would recieve 2 credit cards (Master/Visa) with $2000.00 limits. We ended up recieving a "credit repair kit"—whatever! And a $4000.00 credit line to be used on some crappy merchandise ...
