If there is anyone out there that this has happend to, that has the answers on how to get my money back, please respond.
For the longest time, I thought I was the only person that this has happend to please help me.in May, I got a call from American Capital telling me, I could get a credit card with a $5,000 limit and I would be mailed to me as soon as I signed the form. The funds were taken from my account and I never got the form for me to sign.
The ony thing I got was a package with books in it. I called several times and each time all they told me was it was sent by priorty mail. I called off and on for several months to get my money back but each time they said just wait it will be there. Untill, oneday I called and the line was disconnected. Please help.
