Sold me a defective Verizon Audiovox and wouldn't take it back. If you buy a product and use the rebate, you forfeit any rights of returning it. Rebate Rip-off! Grandville Michigan

I bought this Verizon Audiovox phone a week and a half ago from Circuit City. It is obviously defective. I always have it on vibrate. Yet, sometimes it changes to no alert mode. Other times, it switches to ring mode and then back to vibrate. It doesn't always alert for voicemails. I just have to ...
