Bill and Ruth Ann have been asked for over 1 year to fix a leaky roof and cracked tile flooring. They have refused. As last resort I wrote letter withholding rent until these things were fixed and residence was back in shape of when we moved in. Two weeks later I was served with an eviction notice. ...
