Ripped off elderly woman!
Charged my elderly mother $170.00 for a thermostat that costs $25 plus $60.00 just to come out to her house. So the bill was $230.00. I dont believe this charge is justified for a thermostat and 5 minutes of service. They took advantage of an old lady! They have a "Buyers Right to Cancel" ...
