I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment, i only am home once a week and i get a huge Water, Sewer and Trash bill every month! There is a $10 fee for trash, $21 fee for water and a $21 fee for sewer. On top of that there are service charges totallying about $8. It is about the same every month so ...
