My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment from Century 21 North Valley in Phoenix Arizona. Upon our move in inspection it was discoverd that: 1. The refrigerator did not work. The Century 21 agent whose name is Tammy said they would have it replaced before the move-in date which was a week away. ...
