Am wondering why the auto servvice dept will not change Oil on bmw, mb, alfa and jaguar cars. I spoke with the Service manager who mumbled something about insurance, Aluminum pans and canister oil filters. Sounded like Auto shop double-speak to me... What is the unvarnished Truth??? CONRAD ...
