Am wondering why the auto service dept will not change

Oil on BMW, MB, Alfa and Jaguar cars. I spoke with the

Service manager who mumbled something about insurance,

Aluminum pans and canister oil filters. Sounded like

Auto shop double-speak to me... What is the unvarnished
