I approached organization via mail because there is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER to contact. Gery appologized and stated it had been on back-order. I stated simply stop and deliver me a return. Next e-mail stated that my reimbursement for my order was RUNNING and this is a promotion code to utilize for my next purchase! Nowadays may be the 19th but still no reimbursement from organization!!!
