I have called this company for over 2 weeks now and I do understand why I have not received a call back. It was a Jewish holiday but it's over now and they still did not give me a call. If anyone see's the condition of how the washers and dryers are being maintained and were painted because they could not think of washing them they would question why would anyone use such filth. I called them to tell them that a washer and dryer were not working their best as in drying totally and also ringing out clothing for the washer. They have a voice machine that tells the caller to dial extension 22 for repairs and leave a message, I left a couple of messages on each line and no one returned my call. I also left a message on the line before you select your options and it's so funny that I call with a hygienic complaint and no one even cares to let me know that they received my call. I spend plenty of money for this laundry facility for it to at least by cleaned, i'd say 25.00 a week, every week in laundry and theres always something wrong with the machines or they don't get back to you long enough and you have to go a while till they decide to acknowledge your issue. On the first option if you do not select an option you automatically can leave a message and I left it about there being dust and lint in the Washers and Dryers. These machines have to constantly be maintained even if they aren't in a Laundry Business setting with personnel. I do not have the money to clean these before I use them, when the washers are 3.00 or even the smaller one which is: 1.35, twice? Umm, it's taking away from the "Convenience" in having a laundry facility in a residential building.By the way there are no windows down their either. Not really all that Convenient. With garbage and basement odors. I am not going to do laundry here anymore, sorry guys you lost a really good customer.
