I bought a GE Hydrowave washer, model WWSE5240GWW, 3 years ago. It has been emitting a squeak, like metal-on-metal, and GE Customer service says there is no such known issue with the model, although I have seen Internet posts to the contrary, saying GE makes a repair kit for a sagging apron issue. This being a known issue, I should get full assistance from GE.
