Our ultimate email mentioned, please stop my purchase. Because my order hasn't been prepared it'll create things easier for you personally, myself and advantages if you stop the purchase. After checking with advantages, I discovered they had no report of the purchase. I instantly named HauteLook to recommend that advantages doesn't have report of the purchase. The HauteLook representative explained the purchase hadn't yet been sent but might the next evening. I angrily questioned why HauteLook might deliver mean email that suggested a shipping day of June 18 when in reality the purchase hadn't quit the factory or been transferred with advantages. Her reaction was the purchase could be sent within the next morning or two. She also established the purchase won't appear on September 18. I again required they stop the purchase and prevent shipping. She suggested she'd not and that I responded when it comes I'll reject shipping.
At 7:00 P.M. PST on September 19, or a week following the initial supposed day of delivery, advantages attempted delivery. Without taking a look at the shipping I directed my provider to come back the purchase. About the day of June 21, significantly less than two times after advantages attempted shipping, HauteLook had ownership of my delivered purchase.

Not just did HauteLook neglect to provide an order which was positioned fourteen days earlier, however they were not capable of providing the purchase given within their email of September 15. On the finish, HauteLook dropped a faithful client who'd positioned countless bucks in product purchases together in the last 2 yrs.
