Requested start of July, waited permanently to get a tracking number. I understand delivery requires long and that is how these sites may market for cheaper, but it was absurd. They declare it requires 10-14 business days to reach. I didnot actually obtain a following range until 14 days later, so when I did, it had beennot energetic. It simply confirmed "payment info obtained", and remained this way for another 14 days. Everytime I named, they stated they were waiting ON A SINGLE product to determine if they could find it because they oversold it on the webpage, and would not be shipping my purchase till they could find it, of course if they could not, they'd simply deliver out my purchase along with a reimbursement on this 1 product ("short cargo"). And so I waited even more.

Eventually got a per month after I put my purchase, (with no following number actually working) simply to discover it just included 1 product from the 4, using the bill declaring a return on a single. I called wondering why I just had 1 product once the bill states 3 products and 1 reimbursement. CS representative kept attempting to clarify the additional products were coming individually which I ought to wait ANOTHER week. I kept attempting to clarify this whole-time, I had been not made aware that only one product was in-stock. They explained these were just waiting on 1 item and might deliver the remainder out after they discovered the standing of this one-over-offered product. She kept attempting to clarify the "brief cargo" process in my experience after I currently recognized that. She kept on offer it as well as stated, "I would like to clarify this in ways you are able to comprehend". Um, I realize your brief cargo plan, but I am wondering why I was never informed concerning the additional products, or why the following range that required such a long time was never energetic, and just why I was never followed-up onto it, why I never obtained a contact concerning the brief cargo despite the fact that the website claims they'll contact you in 5-7 times concerning the issue, etc.

Therefore fundamentally, she was ostensibly informing me to hold back actually longer for that additional 2 items given that they were all originating from various places. Perhaps when they updated me about the standing of my purchase once in some time, and sometimes even ONCE. All 4 products were something special to 1 individual, and below I'm, nearly 2 weeks later with just one.

Terrible customer support and terrible company. Consider your company elsewhere! Toughest website actually!
