Don't purchase from Tidebuy! I repeat DON'T purchase from Tidebuy! I've had the toughest experience together. Requested a gown from their site, once it found me it appeared as if I had been sporting huge outfit. It had been terrible! Shade was diverse, the liner was so heavy it felt like I had been sporting a wool layer and also the connectors were overlapping and bunching. Sent them, live talked with them. Both methods were hopless. Cant contact them cause they're situated in China. The reaction from emails confirmed they don't care, requested me to feel sorry for them cause they didnt earn money off my gown, then another mail informing me to go to some seamstress to repair the issue. Right after they'd start to dismiss my emails. They actually went so far as to dam me from their live-chat! It was happening for three months and getting nowhere. They actually had the audacity to provide me-only a 15.00 refund. (my gown charge me 200.00). I eventually experienced Paypal, THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL!!! I ought to be getting my return briefly. Please donot purchase frm Tidebuy, but when you wanna consider your odds, simply be sure you spend through paypal.
