I requested one dress for my boyis wedding in September also it was the incorrect dimension from Tidebuy.com (my dimensions were correct however the gown was also little plus they didn't recognize the error... And needed to maintain it. Then requested another in dimensions 12. Our bill cost stated that I'd not taken care of it after awaiting awhile and that I created another cost plus they kept making me gowns and were left with 4 of the exact same gown! One dress was declined in the doorway when I anticipated they might return my cash for atleast that gown, but No... They're still stating they didn't get the gown despite the fact that the following number claims they did and certainly will not return or return the gown in my experience when I need to try to provide all the gowns. I've had this type of runaround from their store as well as their emails don't seem sensible. Conversation therefore poor and honestly I don't genuinely believe that anybody is spending any focus on my emails as every time it's exactly the same complicated reaction... I'll consider some fault for not watching their cost site carefully. But every other organization might recognize these gowns and return my income. I've approached the Greater Business Institution plus they have submitted a problem together. Therefore discouraged! Any suggestions?
