I purchased some ugg cardi shoes on an ebay marketed ugg boots shop. They promoted themselves as genuine licensed australian-made ugg shoes. I requested a set of black cardi uggs for £59 and paid via paypal. The shoes arrived per week later than anticipated, they arrived from china, all of the writing about the post name is oriental and so i cannot recognize it. On the site they confirmed real ugg shoes, infact thery really are a very poor replica. I reported and was told i would be issued a refund on return of the shoes. But when i am the victim here and have been sold counterfeit products i'd like a return before i retuend the fake shoes. They wont take that. I reported to paypalis resolution center where the vendor did not react apart from giving mean email address and paypal stated they cannot assist anymore because itis not within their user agreement to issue refunds for counterfeit products however they have made a not of my complaint to safeguard future buyers in the owner. I simply want my cash back.
