TJMAXX doesn't possess a plan written down that claims they'll not take return products from HOMEGOODS/TJMAXX. We have been a faithful consumer at TJMAX for more than 10 years and also have never experienced such elegance on returning a product. We bought a pretty product from HOMEGOOD/TJMAXX in Allen, Texas since it was only available there. A couple weeks later we desired to return them even though we were easily within the Frisco, Texas buying location, we desired to return it there [TJMAXX Frisco]; and was rejected from the shop worker. The store-manager Vangie Reid did wish to consider them at her shop and demands that people return it at HOMEGOODS/TJMAXX. We informed her that previously we've return additional products from additional HOMEGOODS/TJMAXX shops below [TJMAXX Frisco] also it was approved. Nevertheless, she rejected our demand and stated "Possess A good day." and went away. We were annoyed and requested for that corporate phone number and Vangie offered us the HOMEGOODS/TJMAXX Allen, Texas quantity. Whenever we called back requesting the cashier title that originally declined the return and Vangie stated "all that's necessary to understand is I'm Vangie. Possess a good day." and hungup. And thus with this particular aweful knowledge, we shall not store at TJMax Frisco, Colorado again! Vangie not just managed to get inconveninently for us to come back a pretty product but she also discriminated us.
