Kohl's return policy isn't customer-friendly. The point at customer support had more than 20 persons waiting. Delay period was 45-60 minutes. Registers had brief or no outlines, but wouldn't consider trades and results (until completely actually). I really could not do that simply because they were sold-out of the jacket I needed to switch to get a diverse. Size. I selected a product which was exactly the same purchase value whilst the jacket, but couldn't trade it since the retail value was unique. Ma shop yet others permit results and trades at any register. I had been not going to watch for one hour to switch a $13 product. Why store Kohlis? I've shut my Kohl's cost and certainly will never store there again!
