I requested 3 bags for my kids, all visiting observe us on holiday, website claims SHIPPING BEFORE 12/24, my purchase was created about the 11th. Billed my card that evening, and one more $6.07 for whatever reason. I've sent them 4 times as there website claims 27/7 aid, they've no phone number, I'venot noticed from their store I believe i got cheated
