I requested a set of ivory lace sneakers for my wedding in a size US8. While he sneakers arrived I had been so excited. But I popped the container (that was smashed) the sneakers were completely far too large. I sent their customer support who required that I submit photos of the sneakers and convince them the sneakers didn't match and also the boot was the incorrect size. I did so as requested but still haven't received a reimbursement or opportunity to trade for that proper measurement. The heel of the boot appears like it had been extended. After I sent them several more occasions wondering exactly what the standing is, they offered the run-around informing me that it's currently after dark designated period for results and trades. The corporation may be the toughest! Is it so difficult to switch the boot for that dimension? Today I've togo and save money cash on another footwear since the cutomer support there's inexperienced. They've no center and therefore are not prepared to assist their clients. I'll NEVER purchase from their website again!!!
