I bought 2 jackets at Abercrombie & Fitch the very first week of dec for both of my kids. 14 days later, I delivered among the jackets since the freezer had damaged. They got the coat and created a level trade to get a blue layer. Our boy, who had been athome named and questioned me when they might allow him possess a red one instead. I requested a worker which was close to the jackets and he explained yes, simply place the orange one back and have a red one. I did so as he explained to complete. Upon making the shop, the protection label about the layer triggered the alarm. I told the lady who insepected my bags that it had been an exchange which I'd visit the cashier and also have the label removed. (didnt realize there have been labels about the jackets) They'd not take away the label and stated they'd previously provided me a orange one. This may be the real kicker here. They looked over my other boy (who had been with me) and questioned if he was sporting the trade hat and informed me they'd not provide me a reimbursement, another layer, NOTHING! They suggested that people attempted to grab a layer. I named law enforcement, I created a bill for that layer my boy had on along with a bill for that layer that people trade. Law enforcement went in to the shop, while emloyees viewed movies to determine if we took. Law enforcement claimed they didnt wish to push costs but I wasnt finding another layer. Obviously they couldnt push costs, we TOOK nothing.

Upon experiencing this I subsequently needed to visit another shop and get my boy a layer to use to college 24 hours later. UNREAL!

Okay, which means this may be the problem I'd like to tackle. Following this entire thing happened I appeared online and noticed criticism after criticism about that shop maintaining individuals cash... Some have stated the shop wouldn't provide them with provide a reimbursement because of enroll issues the shop held the delivered garments. Clients were guaranteed a refund in a later day and also the client who no further had the garments was still expecting a return. I had been informed my situation was a municipal problem. I also read posts concerning the purchase costs not corresponding up using the quantity these were billed. Post after post on bad treatment-which I will connect also since I had been handled just like a bit of scum crook. Did I forget to say your day I delivered his cover I invested $388.00 within the shop? Oh, but I had been attempting to scam them out-of a coat?

If anybody has any feedback how a shop may officially escape with maintaining individuals cash, and of course the truth that they're inhumane and handle people like garbage, please feel liberated to post your opinion.
