Defective Merchandise and Poor Customer Service

Louis Vuitton bags bring low quality and toughest customer support I actually familiar with a luxurious product store!

In April I purchased a brown LV case over $1000 from Westfield Mall San Jose CA.in July I observed the most effective fringe of leather cut is beginning ripping off. On June 12 I got it back again to the exact same shop I purchased. I waited more than 30 units alone to ultimately talk to among supervisors Danielle. She looked over the bag and explained the bag wasn't faulty also it was the way in which I use the bag (my body rubbing the carrier) and triggered the peeling. She also stated the carrier wasn't produced from metal. She stated the natual leather is delicate and really should be getting excellent care of (??? I suppose to have a excellent care of would be to placed on the ledge, nor utilize it???). I informed her how may I triggered the peeling when I completely use the carrier only for fourteen days since I exchang luggage from week to week. I also informed her that I've all of the custom bags and not one of them possess the issue within weeks after I bought and applied it. She didn't hear. She stated she might deliver another supervisor to get a diverse viewpoint. I said okay. Then I had been left alone for another half an hour. Another woman supervisor Neu (oriental???) came and inspected the bag. She explained the same. Regardless of how I described it, they simply stated it wasn't a defective product. They didn't provide fix actually I expected for this. Their perceptions were reckless and rude. Obviously they felt uneasy while I had been standing there alone as additional clients handed by me and eyed on my case. They explained all the best. Both supervisors also explained to reduce the speech and become peaceful. How amusing! Since I have was heading no-where together, I quit the shop and named the organization workplace. A girl named Jusin (???) explained to consider the carrier to Palo Alto or Bay Area for another examination. My godness. It should be joking! I've to create another journey, watch for a to examine the carrier, consider image, deliver it into decide it had been the item issue or refuse me again!

LV bags are backed with a large amount of oriental people. Somehow oriental customers would be the regal customers for them. Nevertheless, to any extent further, I'll NOT purchase any LV items at-all!!! I actually donot such as the method they handle clients: impolite and ignoant and take-no obligation.
