Oreder the merchandise on February 1st for my mothers birthday on March 15th. Obviously informed them that I'd like it by march 15th and followed-up as much as five times. On March 7th I obtain a contact stating the merchandise is broken which I really could choose another item but I needed my cash back. I've not got my item or reimbursement till day!!!
