I requested on 1-8-10 and waited 3 weeks for my purchase. I named and she sait it had been backordered. I waited another week and called back. She stated it wasn't backordered also it would not come in. So she stated she'd return my cash also it usually takes as much as 10 times. I waited 10 times and surprise no reimbursement. I called back and she stated she did not understand and might "consider it." I expected her twice to contact me when it had been looked after and he or she stated both times "I actually donot have time for you to contact you back."
