I just needed to wait three times after browsing the GA BBB site to acquire a complete reimbursement for that shoes I requested on 11/8/09. I lost lots of time calling Outside HQis in addition to their additional bogus organization telephone lines. Stop wasting your efforts. Proceed straight to www.columbus-ga.
