After purchasing a body shaper by telephone, I obtained the things, within the dimension suggested from the salesperson. They'd unfit, being way too little, in addition to being poorly-made. I also was upset from the quantity of the delivery/handling costs for this type of little container. I delivered the things towards the organization, with correct paperwork. The organization obtained the things but just acknowledged me for 1 / 2 of the things I delivered. I've delivered them two emails today, requesting them to fix the mistake, providing them with all the information on the return, but to-date haven't gotten the extra reimbursement. I've tried calling them 3 times, but keep receiving put in a "holding routine", where one circles and round the phone menu program. Recently, I invested more than 90 minutes before I had been ultimately kicked from the program and got a quick busy-tone. I actually called back and attempted to obtain a sales person, as though I had been likely to spot an order, but nonetheless couldn't cope with to anybody. Obviously, I'll never cope with this company again, and might recommend anybody of considering purchasing issues from their store not to get it done.
