On Friday morning, October 7 I had been touring out-of DFW Terminal A 37 and had a need to have my shoes shined. I lay and waited for my change. I'm in a wheel-chair as my knee is damaged and that I am not able to wander. The shoeshine man asked me to rise up into his seat. After I told him I really could not, he turned furious and explained he'd not access it his legs to shine my sneakers. I mentioned good and folded my seat away. Then he discovered the corridor to wherever we were waiting to table our airplane and named me numerous unpleasant titles! There is no reason behind him to frighten me. I'm a 55-year old business proprietor and experience this individual shouldn't be employed in the service-industry. I don't need him in order to get this done to another person in my own place. Please support.
Thanks
