My mother, who is 80, and was travelling along for the first time in a wheel chair, was treated in the most unbelievable worst behavior a person could treat another, let alone an 80 year old in a wheel chair. This agent is an older woman who was managing the counter at Gate 48 the evening of Sunday, August 4th. She made my mother check her baggage even though there was someone there to help her with the bag and she was told she was going to be the last person to be boarded on the plane. Since when do handicapped people board the plane last. This person should not be working around people and needs to take a VERY long vacation. My husband and I are elite members of United and are extremely disappointed in the way my mother was treated. My mothers confirmation # JQXY7F
