Hollister was my personal favorite shop until lately. I've invested a lot of profit this shop. This encounter has saddened me and that I won't longer patronize this shop:
Joined store #30373 to buy a few t-shirts. I had been so excited since the t-shirts that I needed were for sale for $12.90 per the desk indication. I selected 2 t-shirts and proceeded towards the checkout counter. Once the purchase was ultimate, I observed about the bill the sum billed was $14.98 per tee-shirt. Please realize that it's not the quantity of cash that troubled me, it had been the way in which I had been handled with a supervisor. After I asked the cost, the supervisor stated that she couldn't create a price modification after which she went and gathered the indication to ensure that no body noticed it. I'm so sad and annoyed. Since the shop manager didn't correct the issue I delivered the tops at that time and required to consult with an area supervisor. She stated that there is no body for me personally to contact. I actually might have settled the $14.98 per tee-shirt when the scenario have been managed within an honest approach. There have been 2 additional clients that may not think that the supervisor wouldn't provide me the right cost which was marketed. They strolled from the shop and didn't finish their puchases. I needed to cry. The supervisor acted just like a target. She dropped my organization for that Hollister Organization. I've invested countless bucks within the shop for my teens and may not comprehend the therapy that I received that evening. There is also a worker that observed the therapy also. He couldn't say something. Personally I think that she didn't do her work correctly and really should be punished. Once the supervisor eliminated the indication, she had been shady and looking to get away using the proven fact that the item might have been incorrectly marketed within the shop. I truly liked Hollister and also the fantastic beach apparel. Today my loved ones will need to discover elsewhere to look for beach clothing. All I needed the supervisor to complete was to market me the item in the cost that it had been marketed. She declined and lost company due to it.
