Not crediting back returned merchandise to their own Credit card, assessing excessive late fees on account already paid in full, poor customer service

I taken care of an internet purchase from Newport News and also the associated statement due to their charge card in January upon getting the statement after which needed to return half the purchase (a coat) since it was too-short and it was a vacation

Present therefore there is a wait in returning it. Newport News charge card stated the payment was two times overdue (despite the fact that I settled it in sufficient time utilizing digital online bill payment.in the place of crediting back my Newport Media charge card for that product delivered, I had been alternatively delivered something special card for that return quantity less delivery. Today Newport News charge card is evaluating late charges which are significantly more than the price of the main one item that I still have, in addition to significantly more than the item I delivered despite the fact that I taken care of the entire purchase many months before and really should have a credit back again to the card for that returned product. I also attempted following-up via client service on the site and obtained many automatic emails regarding their return poicy which the charge card consumer service wasn't attached to their site customer support. To prevent any furher late fees from being evaluated, I'm spending the present statement with costs, but intend to follow all paths to obtain problem solved and reimbursement prepared.
