Please be aware we attempted to solve this problem using the administration re: a broken menis brown Bachrach jacket, in addition to the re-cleansing of 3 extra sweaters that returned however filthy. The administration stated she'd fixed the brown jacket and re-washed it, in addition to another 3 sweaters under consideration. We didn't obtain any fulfillment or quality towards the issues below: * The menis brown Bachrach sweater (unique price was $88.00) returned with draws within the back of the jacket, in addition to sewing through the sweater that were extended and broken—hence producing the sewn together parts fragile and "torn" searching. The throat section of this jacket however had deposit around it and didn't seem to be washed. The jacket had an email connected the draws were because of the proven fact that we didn't obtain the jacket be put into a "internet carrier" during drycleaning. It appears tome that being that they are the "skilled" dried cleane
R they must do this instantly. Why if the client need to do this&and sometimes even understand to request this???
* A bright/black/grey Bachrach sweater along with a DARK jacket (same around.initial price each) returned the Next period having a filthy collar as well as hair connected&and also the 2nd period the bright/grey/dark one returned having a glob of stick or some kind of plastic stuck towards the sleeve. It CAn't be properly eliminated.
It was our first trip to this products since shifting to Canton in November. We clearly won't be back as clients.
We were also handled rudely and charged of getting introduced the jacket within this situation.
