I had a tasteful cream colored Calvin Klien sweater at retail cost exspensive cleaned for the first time at Lisa Cleaners. The sweater was a dingy off white color when I went to pick it up. I did not check the sweater until I got home because the hired help/driver or what ever he does for the cleaners destracted me when he pulled the plastic over one of my garments to so me something and did not know he had dust all over his hands which got on the garment. The owner cleaned the dust off the garment and I left the store without checking the other iteams. Once I got home and checked the other iteams I was schocked and my mouth dropped to the floor when I saw the sweater. I then immediatly got on the phone and call the cleaners and asked for the manger. It was the hired help who answered and after going the a clearence of questions he then told me she was not avaliable.
After trying to resolve the matter which was no ware I ended here because after seeing the high profile case in Washington D. C with the judge and the cleaners in D. C I feel that taking the time to write about this business quality and service will pay far more than a endless small claim on service.
This is a fare warning about choosing this clearners to do bussiness with. If your iteam is of value and quality desin think twice before going here.
