Cigarette smoking by employees

I operate regional which is mentioned constantly about workers and administration smoking out-front. Clients can't-get into shop without passing through cloud of 2nd hand smoking or emerge engrossed. Smoke butts are spread out-front and transported into shops throughout. Supervisors and workers must have a smoking space or smoking behind shop if that's how they decide to die.
