Roaman's list does false marketing
I received a purchase list on 9/30, jumped right online and positioned my purchase on 9/30.
When 2 1/2 months passed without getting the bundle, I followed-up together and was informed them was on "back-order" as well as in the "Day Anticipated" area were three issue marks???
And So I sent them-and requested them what??? Intended when it comes to a backorder schedule. I had been subsequently informed the product could be delivered on 11/27. Therefore I approached them again and stated that it was an extended while, but atleast I Would have my sneakers over time for your Vacations.
Well, I obtained one e-mail evening before recently on 11/3 that stated that my item would be shipping out "any day now" and then just now another lovely Roaman's email popped into my inbox and stated that my purchase continues to be terminated.
So... All the prior emails were to preserve me checking and purchasing.
Trust Me... I'll not buy from Roamans again.
We're experienced consumers and certainly will not be treated unfairly with a business that obviously doesn't care one bit about customer support.
Just Before this disaster, I requested three independent trousers fits. All three deals I obtained included THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS.incorrect shade, incorrect design and incorrect dimension! After I named Customer Support, these were very mellow about this... Since it happens CONSTANTLY.
Anyway, I published this to ensure that I might save a number of you sometime and several problems. Watch out for roamans list... THEY'RE THE WORST I've EVER EXPERIENCED.
