I'm attempting to settle a with Adidas, but keep declining. I keep receiving error information, "select Class" but there's no choice obtainable in collection box. Our criticism is really as follows

I've been an enormous lover of one's item and it has been my first-choice when purchase sportswear. On Friday 24 October I purchased a set of shoes in South Africa, a couple of hours just before my starting to Egypt. After I found its way to Egypt the next evening (Sat 25 October), I realized that the remaining shoe had a split. I had been exceedingly dissatisfied as it has never occurred in my experience before. Additionally, I'd to endure the shame of getting to reach in a brand new nation as well as achieving my new workers with one damaged boot. When I didn't anticipate this to occur, used to do not provide my bill with me. Additionally, there's no stage in me waiting a few months (length of my remain in Egypt) to declare a reimbursement, as all refund statements are often to be achieved within 2 weeks of purchase. I believe the bill continues to be discarded regardless. I'm sure the downside is within the style of the boot and never within the quality.
