I ordered a pair of shoes from 1jordanstore and it said it was shipped out on October 13th. I've been in contact with them without much help. As far as I can see, and the United States Postal Service told me, my merchandise never left China. I've asked them numerous times to follow up on this or send another pair, to no avail. I've asked for a contact number and/or a refund without any cooperation on their part. I'm trying to get my merchandise or my money back.
