Sir I purchased a jean costing 1599/- from just salwars's 182- velachery road chennai outlet on 01/11. The jean was used only once while we visited Ooty in the month of Jan. After a single use the material was torn from heap area. Thereafter I visited the above said outlet and said the complaint. They said that my problem would be shorted out in next 3 days but after I visited the second time they refused to help me out stating that its not a fabric fault. Sir the cloth is so poor quality that even if a light pressures is given on any part of cloth it is getting torn.
