I bought a new profile series washing machine in Aprill 2011.By January I had already had a problem where the machine was not agitating or spinning. After two service calls, the problem was finally fixed. January of this year, we had the same exact problem with the washing machine. It took 3 service calls to get it fixed and it cost me $180. The customer service department was very rude and not willing to help. I want to write a letter but I want it to go to someone that just won't throw the letter away. Any suggestions?
