Pet containment systems, inc: collar stopped working - pro-line system

Terry Osbolt returned our phone call ASAP, came to our home, immediately solved the problem by giving us a new collar at no charge. It has been a pleasure to work w/him as he is so concientous and professional. I have recommended him and this system to many friends and will continue to do so.
