First, you must be careful because their money-back guarantee is only 14 days. This is not enough time to see if the unit will work. The 14-day limit is only on one page of the website and it is in tiny lettering.
The customer service is aweful. The emails I received from them were not professional and made it seem like this is one guy working out of his garage.
I've sent my unit back under their lifetime warranty. I've marked the unit so I know if I get the same one back. I will report on it as well.
