City bait and switch

I called at 10:15 am and spoke w the saleswoman. She said the car advertized on the web was available. I got to the dealer before 11 am and spoke with the same saleswoman. She passed me off to a big, black male who said he had to check where the car was located. Then he walked me across the street to a car lot. When we got there he said that the car I wanted was sold, but he could show me some other cars.in short, they lied to me about the car that they advertized on the web. [email protected]
