First incident was when they replaced power steering pump, did not bleed air out of system, blew off cover, fluid everywhere but I gave them 2nd chance accidents can happen.
2nd incident was that I had front brake pads changed. About 1 month later driving down highway with my family 1 caliper bolt came off and the other bolt was only finger tight. The caliper was starting to grind into the rotor. Ttold the owner Paul he didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of explanation. That was the last straw.
When my van starting misfiring in my driveway I took it back to masterbend (didn't want to pay towing because this shop is 3 blocks away from my house Big Mistake) They said the problem was my intake manifold gasket was leaking it would be about $350. I took it to the dealership who told me it was the ignition coil total cost about $150 van drives perfectly since.
Summary: dishonest, poor quality work, not concerned about safety of customers
