I ordered a U-Box on January 19. The first person I spoke with said she couldn't find the the city in Georgia where I wanted the box delivered. I told her I might call her back and ended the call. I never confirmed the rental nor gave her a credit card. I called another U Box purveyor. They were helpful and took my order for the box to be delivered on Friday for pick up on Saturday. When I received an e-mail to track the box it said that the box would be delivered to a city in Alabama an hour away from the town in Georgia where I needed the box to go. I also learned that the first person I spoke with had also gone ahead and ordered a box to be delivered to us even though I had not finished the transaction with her. I spen almost an hour on the phone trying to get someone who could cancel the erroneous order.
It is very difficult to get any answers from anyone at this company. I gave the delivery information to atleast six different people but last night I received a voice mail from someone asking for the delivery information. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I just pray that my belongings arrive at the proper destination.
