Fraudulently selling cars they, themselves have patched with a bandaid

We purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 from them. They said the car was in great shape, nothing wrong with the car.

We discovered (from another dealership) and within 30 days of purchasing the car that the entire back quarter panel and the entire trunk of the car had been patched up from a major wreck! The salesman MADE us sign the "as is" paper... Even though the car still had a warranty on the engine. They denied knowing anything about the patch job, but other dealerships assured us that Straightline HAD TO HAVE KNOWN! They said to a car person, the extensive damage was obvious.

Not in connection with this complaint, I was told by a third party high-end auto mechanic that it is daily practice for Straightline to patch up wrecked cars and lemons and push them onto unsuspecting victims. I also turned them in for not releasing our title for more than 60 days. As i understand, they were in violation and written up for it, but the State of Texas informed me they could not represent me as an attorney for their fraud, but that I might want to seek one.
