My son, who is 18, with a new baby at home, went to the bank and borrowed money for a $20,000 truck. He probably didn't need this much truck, but he thinks he can make the payments.
The second day after he got it, he took it to the Ford house, for oil change, since he wasn't sure when it needed one. They immediately told him to take it back. It has big problems and will be expensive to fix.
Well, how can he pay a lot more money on this new to him truck?
So, he went right back there. Two days later and they couldn't do anything to help him.
Being a business owner myself, I cannot believe these people won't stand behind their product for 2 days. This young man just starting out, is learning a really hard lesson (for the next 3 years).
It's really sad to me, that people earn a living this way. I am trusting of people and troubles me to know that my children have not grown up in that kind of world.
