$ cost was100% moor than estimate Unauthorized work performed, atttendant was arrogant wen confronted

I was origially told that the cost fir fixing my flat tire was $20.00, after the repair was completed, i was told the cost was $40.41. I refused to pay the bill and the salesperson became argumentative.
