I recently hired a van which was dropped of 10 hours later, for which you have charged me. Minor damage which ford costed at £36.00 now sees me being charged £350, I have had no invoice or bill telling me what work was carried out, by whom or when. All calls to your office have left me with a bad taste and I am contacting my local Trading Standards office in Perth to report A1. I shall also be contacting my credit card company to raise a dispute for services I never recieved and to dispute a repairs bill which I have never seen. A1 Customer service... If you find it tell them where they left it... Deal with this company at your own peril
