I m leasing a 2007 freightliner from cure leasing. When i recieved the truck ken & stephanie said that there's nothing wrong with the truck. Cure leasing gave me thirty days to find out whats wrong with the truck. They would fix the repairs on the truck.
Once, i got in the truck the truck had bad tires from the front to the back. Air leakes, marker light not working, headlights wire up wrong, fifth wheel, driver windsheild cracked, trasnsmission leaking, gears grinding will not go into gear, out of alignment, oil leaking from the flywheel housing, oil filter house to egr valve leaking at rear clamp, rear motor mounts bad. U joints mag switched corroded wire. Range piston bad. Shifter gasket and air filter in the air module. These are all the problems was wrong with the truck.
Curse is willing to fix these problem but want to patch these repairs. I 'm not satisfied with the truck. I'm planning on giving cure leasing back the truck, but if i give back the truck i will lose my maintenance account of $296. Weekly, if i do not complete the 2year lease. Cure leasing will keep my maintenance account that have reach over 1000 dollars.
Please note i m paying $375.00 weekly truck note and $296.00 weekly in maintenance account. At the end of the lease they still want! 0,000 to buy the truck out. This truck is not worth another $10,000 dollars.
Please help me and tell me my right on getting my maintenance account back. Please tell me my rights or please refer a lawyer who handle case in such matter of my usacomplaints.com.
