Optimal Steamer $6000 steamer has been broken since week 1 and no one at factory or distributer can or will fix itys old, 1 year warranty... They are so stupid the told us to change a fuel filter on an ELECTRIC MOTOR

Be prepared to hear hours of nightmares in just 30 days of owning this machine... Many other complaints too. It is a home unit, maybe will work 10 times before it breaks down... They have no service department. They take your $6000 and run.

Trying to get them Banned form the SEMA show with all of us writing letters.
Made in Korea. That says it all.
